From time to time, depending on student demand, a seminar will be offered on current topics in computational science and engineering.

CS 6131 High-Level Optimization f 3

This course covers the use of high-level program analysis to transform code for architectures with deep memory hierarchies and vector and parallel features. Topics include dependence analysis, memory-hierarchy analysis, loop transformations and code generation strategies for high-performance computer architectures.
Prerequisite:CS 4131

CSE 6990 Doctoral Research f,s,su 1-6

By arrangement with the instructor directing the PhD dissertation.
Prerequisite: permission of instructor

CSE 6999 Doctoral Reading and Research f,s,su 1-4

Individual reading and research on current topics in computational science and engineering.
Prerequisite: permission of instructor
