An in-depth study of recent developments in computer graphics, geometric
modeling and visualization, with an emphasis on polyhedron simplification,
refinement, surgery, multiresolution representations and geometric compression.
In addition, this course will also cover the blossoming principle, scatter data
interpolation and approximation d surface subdivision schemes.

Covers the use of high-level program analysis to transform code with deep memory
hierarchies and vector and parallel features. Topics include dependence
analysis, memory-hierarchy analysis, loop transformations and code generation
strategies for high-performance computer architectures.
